Relative Pronouns (“Which” dan “That”)

Referensi:

Halo, apa kabar? Jumpa lagi di weekly topic minggu ini. (Oya, sudah pada ikutan challenge ke 27? Ikutan yuk 🙂 ).

Ada lima relative pronouns: who, whom, whose, which, that. Karena pembahasan tentang relative pronoun ini cukup luas, untuk materi kali ini akan kita batasi menjadi pembahasan tentang which dan that saja ya.

Oke, sebelumnya, kita lihat dulu contohnya ya.

  1. I buy a new book. It is very good. >> I buy a new book which is very good /  I buy a new book that is very good.
  2. I met a girl. She was very nice. >> I met a girl that was very nice.

Contohnya, dari kalimat contoh no. 5 – 7 sebelumnya:

5. I buy a new book. My friend recommended it to me. >> I buy a new book my friend recommended to me.
6. I met a girl. My friend worked with her. >> I met a girl my friend worked with.
7. I buy a new book. My cousin likes it. >> I buy a new book my cousin likes.

EF#22 – Failed Holiday You Wish to Do (Failed holiday (that/which) you wish to do)
EF#21 – Holiday Destination Under 100K You Must See (Holiday destination (that/which) you must see)

Gimana?
